Case Study: Brigit's Afternoon Tea Ltd
In July 2017 Brigit's Afternoon Tea Ltd expanded their business operation by running a new sightseeing tour in the iconic city of Bath. Their tour is unique as it allows you to travel around the iconic city in a vintage routemaster bus whilst indulging in a very traditional afternoon tea.
Brigit's Afternoon Tea Ltd has been a customer of ours since 2016. Both their London and Bath tour use our Sermo-16 system and play the pre-recorded commentary over the PA system. This highlights another key advantage of using a v6e Ltd multilingual system in that it is versatile. Should our customer wish to run a multilingual sightseeing tour it will be easy for them to install seat modules that customers can plug headphones into, this will allow the commentary to be played over the PA system in the customer's native language whereas oversea tourists will be able to listen to the tour via headphones in their own language.
